Garlands 8ft+

Big "full service" installations start at $20 per foot with an 8 foot minimum. Delivery fees are 30% of the overall cost of your arrangement. These garlands come with 5" balloon clusters for filler and up to 3 color choices. 

Grab & Go Garlands

Grab & Go's start at $20 per foot. Grab & Go's are smaller, designed to be lightweight for DIY install. A standard Grab & Go, unless requested otherwise, is roughly 4 feet in length but can go up to 7 feet. Please specify when placing your order.

Columns

Columns are $80 each. These are regular latex balloons in your choice of color, with the option of adding a foil balloon topper for an additional cost. 

Arrangements on stands

Arches that are fixed onto a stand with a flat base are subject to a rental fee and basic rental agreement. Rentals are only for the duration of your event. These will typically be for walk-through arches over 8ft. but are on a case by case basis. 

Garland Filler Information

Standard organic balloon arrangements come with 5 inch filler balloon clusters in various colors to match your desired look, while filling in any gaps and making the arrangement look more full. Organic arrangements are a balloon arrangements that come together organically. It's not uniform in shape, and comes in various size balloons. Arrangements that are an arch or are a uniform shape, such as columns, do not come with 5" balloons clusters. This is to preserve the shape and pattern of an arrangement so that the design looks clean. There will be additional charges for non balloon fillers such as greenery, or anything that's extra per request of the customer. This is case by case basis.

Weather Clause

• We require a non refundable 50% retainer fee at the time of booking. This is to reserve your date and gets supplies ordered. The rest is due 48 hours before your scheduled event.

•  Party People Balloon Co. reserves the right to cancel at any time. If for any reason Party People Balloon Co. can not meet your event date and you've paid in full, the other 50% will be refunded upon our cancellation.

• Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours before your event. Anything after, will not be issued a refund.

• Although Party People Balloon Co. uses high quality balloons, balloons are still subject to weather conditions. Some weather conditions such as heat or sunlight may cause balloons to burst or deflate sooner than expected. A shaded area is always recommended for outdoor displays. The same goes for indoor installs by windows or direct sunlight. The client understands that any balloon structure displayed outdoors is not guaranteed to last for any specific amount of time regardless of shade or not, and Party People Balloon Co. Is not responsible for any damages after set up. Party People Balloon Co. is not responsible for your balloons after delivery and install. No refunds will be issued for installs affected by the weather. All sales are final.
