Our Story

Hello! My name is Pamela, CEO of Party People Balloon Co. I am a self taught balloon artist, mother of three, and married to my high school sweetheart. I was born in Montevideo, Uruguay, but was brought to the United States as a child and grew up in Las Vegas, NV. My husband Matthew is co-owner, and the two of us operate Party People Balloon Co.. Matthew is a military vet, and we were previously living in Colorado for almost four years with our children before moving to Texas. We are a Latinx and woman-owned small business, currently based out of San Antonio! We specialize in creating beautiful balloon garlands and arches in a variety of colors and designs to make your event unforgettable. I initially started making garlands for my own family, when our children's birthdays came up and I wanted to make their parties extra special. After some practice and encouragement from friends, family, and kind strangers, I've finally found the confidence to turn it into a small business. Party decorating makes me so happy, and I want to be the reason that your guests show up to your event or party and say, "wow!" I will work with you to create a custom design that fits your style and budget. At Party People Balloon Co., we strongly believe that every celebration deserves to be special, and we're here to help make that happen.

Services

At Party People Balloon Co., we offer custom balloon arches and garlands to make your event perfect. We offer full service packages for those who want to splurge, and also have options for your budget friendly needs. Whether you're planning a kids' birthday party, a formal or business event, we've got everything you need to make it special.

Rainbow Balloons

  • A Full Service Package includes: one big balloon arrangement (8ft+) with delivery, install and pickup (if desired).

  •  

    Arrangements for timed events, such as: Urban Air, Peter Piper Pizza, Chuck E Cheese, etc. These balloon arrangements are smaller in size so that they can be manipulated into venues where you might have limited space.

  • Balloon Columns: Great for entryways, or to place around your venue for added color. Lightweight and easy to move. ​

 

​Budget Friendly Options

​

  • ​Grab and Go Garlands: Roughly 4 foot customizable garlands, ready for pickup and *self-install. These are garlands made by us, ready to be picked up and to be installed on your own. This saves you money, because you would not be paying for a delivery and install fee. Included will be the tools to install the garland and information on how to do it yourself. Grab & Go garlands are a good option for people who want something on the smaller side, but still really nice. 

  • Mini Balloon Bouquets: Small, clustered centerpieces that are great for table settings.  These are put together from small, 5" balloons with one larger balloon on top. This can be an ordinary balloon of your choice, or a foil balloon. Foil balloons are an extra charge per balloon.

  • Columns: 5 foot balloon columns, customizable for any event. These come in a pattern and are not "organic" garlands, they are one uniform shape.​​​​​​
